CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!! All guests have a 5-minute grace period, if late. After 10 minutes a $25 late fee will be applied. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled. No extra guest unless they’re being serviced! 50% Cancellation fee will be charged after second no-show appointment. Please reach out to me 24 hours in advance to avoid fee. Third No call/No show will result in walk-in bases only. We take pride in providing high-quality, detailed services. If you have any concerns about your results, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment. All concerns must be reported within this time frame to be reviewed. After 72 hours, all services are considered complete and final. This policy ensures timely evaluation and maintains the integrity of each service provided.
