Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!
All guests have a 5-minute grace period, if late. After 7 minutes a $25 late fee will be applied. After 10-minutes your appointment will be canceled. No extra guest unless they’re being serviced!
50% Cancellation fee will be charged after second no-show appointment. Please reach out to me 24hrs in advance to avoid fee. Third NCNS will result in walk-in bases only.
